The CHALLENGE is to reduce the AIR in the WATER
before
it passes through the METER.
(AIR RELEASE VALVES have been develeped to lower air in pipework within a property - but they do not affect METERING)

able
to raise pressures in the pipes 50 meters or so ahead of the METER and reduce AIR levels.
